MEMBERSHIP ELIGIBILITY
Membership is open to active duty, reserve, retired, and veteran U.S. Marines, FMF Corpsmen, and Navy Chaplains.
Membership is open to active duty, reserve, retired, and veteran U.S. Marines, FMF Corpsmen, and Navy Chaplains.
Active Duty Marines must have served honorably in the U.S. Marine Corps on active duty for not less than 90 days and earned the Eagle, Globe, and Anchor.
USMC Reservists, past or present, must have earned no less than 90 Reserve Retirement Credit Points.
U.S. Navy Sailors must have earned the FMF Device or FMF Ribbon having served directly in an active USMC FMF unit for not less than 90 days.
Discharged Service Members must have received an Honorable Discharge or General Discharge under Honorable Conditions (DD Form 214 required).
